Soybeans with Spiced Sauce

Soak the soybeans an hour in advance

Add oil to the pot, add star anise green onion and ginger until fragrant
3.
Add the soybeans and fry for a while
4.
Add a tablespoon of sugar and light soy oyster sauce and some water (you don’t need too much water)
5.
Put in a spoonful of five-spice powder
6.
Simmer over low heat to collect the dried juice, if you like softer ones, simmer for a while
7.
Just collect the dry juice
