Soymilk Machine Version Pig Skin Jelly
1.
Wash the pigskin and use a knife to remove the grease in the pigskin.
2.
Boil for two to three minutes.
3.
The boiled pig skin becomes hard. Use tweezers to remove any remaining pig hair from the pig skin.
4.
Then use a small knife to clean the grease on the inner wall of the pig skin. If it is not clean, the boiled pig skin will be fishy.
5.
Cut the processed pigskin into small strips.
6.
Cut a little ginger slices.
7.
Put the sliced ginger and pork skin into the soymilk machine. The wall-breaking machine I used makes it very delicate.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of water to cover the pigskin and press the soy milk button.
9.
Put the beaten pigskin slurry into a fresh-keeping box, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours until it solidifies.
10.
Pour out the frozen pigskin, which is particularly resilient.
11.
Cut into slices.
12.
Chopped green onion, parsley, garlic. Oil chili, sesame oil, cooking wine, vinegar and mix thoroughly.
13.
Mix the seasoning well and pour it on the pigskin jelly.
