1.
All materials are shown in the picture.
2.
Mince fat and lean pork, mince onion, mince garlic, peel and dice tomatoes.
3.
Boil the pasta for about 10 minutes (the hardness is determined by personal taste), and put it in cold boiling water to cool it down.
4.
Remove the noodles and drain, and stir in an appropriate amount of cooking oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add the minced garlic in a hot pan with cold oil and sauté until the minced garlic is golden brown.
6.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until the chopped onion becomes transparent.
7.
Add the minced meat and stir-fry until the minced meat is discolored and oily.
8.
Add tomato sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, and stir fry until the meat is colored.
9.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
10.
Add appropriate amount of water or stock, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes until the soup is thick.
11.
Add the right amount of salt and black pepper, leave half of the sauce in the pan, add the noodles and stir fry to get the flavor (you don't need to stir fry, this step is not shown), and pour a little bit of the remaining sauce after the pan is out.
Tips:
1. It is best to use a deep pot for cooking noodles. The water can be appropriate. Add a few drops of cooking oil in the water. After the water is boiled, put the noodles into the pot vertically, let the noodles spread by themselves, and slowly fall into the water.
2. The cooking time depends on personal preference. I cooked for 10 minutes and the noodles are still very strong.
3. In step 8, you can put a proper amount of Italian spices.
4. Fat and lean pork can be replaced with pure lean meat or beef, which tastes better!
