Spaghetti with Garlic Clams
1.
Add 2/3 pot of water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then add 2 tablespoons of salt.
2.
Put the pasta into the soup pot radially without covering the pot, and continue to cook over medium-high heat.
3.
While cooking the pasta, mince garlic and chili.
4.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Add the minced garlic when the oil is still cold, and then heat it over medium-high heat to let the garlic flavor melt into the oil. When the garlic smells out and the minced garlic turns yellow, you can add the clams and stir fry.
5.
There is a clam opening, and all the clams are clipped to the plate for later use. Don't wash the remaining garlic and oil pan, turn to a low heat! Since you will have to heat up and stir fry with the pasta later, don't cook all the clams! !
6.
Clamp a piece of pasta and check it, as long as you see a core in the middle, you can turn off the heat.
7.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan, turn to high heat, and add the minced peppers. Quickly sandwich the pasta into the pan.
8.
Add clams, salt and black pepper from 5.
9.
Turn over the pan to evenly dip the pasta with garlic olive oil and all seasonings, and heat up all the clams. You can turn off the heat and start the pot to serve. Finally, sprinkle ground coriander on the surface to complete. (Because the hands are very busy, I forgot to take pictures: p)
Tips:
The minced garlic will be burnt if it is accidentally fried; it will have a bitter taste when it is burnt. Therefore, when frying garlic, add the minced garlic from cold oil, and perform the next action after heating it to slightly yellow, so that it will not burn easily~
