Spaghetti with Seafood and Tomato Sauce

1. The cuttlefish are peeled off and washed.

2. Put a little cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt to give it a bottom taste.

3. Defrost the shrimps.

4. Mince garlic.

5. Peel and dice tomatoes.

6. Pick and wash snow peas.

7. Heat up a pan, add a little garlic and sauté fragrant, add snow peas and fry until ready.

8. The macaroni pasta is cooked thoroughly.

9. Use cold water for later use.

10. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute.

11. Stir-fry the diced tomatoes.

12. Boil the tomatoes until softened.

13. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to boil, add cuttlefish and shrimps to boil. (Ketchup is thicker and can be diluted with a suitable amount of water. Sugar is put according to the sweetness and acidity you like.)

14. Cook until the seafood is cooked through.

15. Pour the macaroni and mix well.

16. Add snow peas.

17. Continue to stir well.

18. Sweet and sour appetizer.
