Spaghetti with Tomato Meat Sauce
1.
Marinate the pork stuffing with cooking wine for 15 minutes. Dice the tomatoes and onions. Garlic smashed and minced for later use
2.
Stir-fry the minced garlic and minced onion with the bottom oil in the pan to get a fragrance, then add the diced tomatoes, stir fry together until the tomatoes become soft, add the meat, tomato sauce (cover the amount of all the ingredients), and sprinkle a small amount of black Pepper, basil and salt, pour an appropriate amount of water for cooking noodles and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens.
3.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the required amount of pasta, and place the pasta in the pot. If you are using a deep pot, you can quickly soak the noodles in the water. Don't stir it too quickly. After the roots of the noodles are softened, use chopsticks to flip it and cook for about 10-15 minutes. The time is mainly adjusted according to the softness and hardness that I need, I usually cook for 12 minutes
4.
Remove the noodles when they are about to be cooked, put them in cold water, and then drain them. Pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, mix well with chopsticks and set aside. Then immediately pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheese powder for a better taste
