Spaghetti with White Clam Sauce

Seasoning: Spaghetti, moderate amount of clams, 10-12 pieces of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, a small amount of garlic, 3 tablespoons of butter, a small piece of Parmesan Cheese, moderate amount of dry white wine, half a cup of clam juice, 1 bottle (8 ounces) of dried chilli 1 tablespoon coriander (foreign or Chinese) 1/2 cup canned clams 2 small cans (optional).

First wash the clams clean. Ensure that there is no sediment.

Step 1: Put water in the pot and wait for the water to boil. Step 2: The pasta is tasteless, add a little salt. Step 3: Add clam juice (tips), dry white wine, canned clams, olive oil, black pepper, butter and stew together. Step 4: When the stew is about to harvest the juice into a cup of water, add the pasta and coriander and mix it.

Put a small amount of dried chilli diced (same as Pizza Hut’s chilli diced) on the plate, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and start!
Tips:
Clam juice method:
If the supermarket does not have bottled clam juice, add a little salt to the clam water left in the pot when the clams are cooked in the fifth step, which can be used as a clam juice material. Pour the clam water into the bowl, and filter out the residue in the pot before that.
