Spare Ribs Crock Pot Simmering Soup (oven Version)

Soak tea tree mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes and wash them, cut off the mycorrhiza;

Put the ribs, tea tree mushroom, and dried red dates in a crock;

Tips:
1. When boiling the soup, add enough water at one time. Adding water in the middle will affect the quality of the soup;
2. The amount of water cannot be too full, otherwise the water will overflow when it is boiled and dirty the oven;
3. Add a few drops of vinegar when boiling the bone soup to dissolve the phosphorus and calcium in the bone into the soup;
4. Add edible salt until the soup is ready before adding seasoning.
