Spare Ribs in Tomato Sauce

Cut the pork ribs into small pieces, sprinkle in ginger slices, add salt, and add cooking wine to marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes, peel the edamame and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat the oil, pour it into the ribs and fry on low heat.
