Special Cold Wonton

Put some water in the pot and boil;

Change fish balls to knives when boiling water;
4.
Put the wontons and fish balls after the water is boiled;

After the wontons and fish balls are cooked, remove them, put them in a plate, and let them cool naturally;

Add Chinese cabbage and mutton slices, add a little salt and MSG;

After the bok choy and mutton slices are cooked, remove them, cover the mutton slices on the wontons, and place the mutton slices on top

Just drizzle with your favorite sauce.
Tips:
1. The fish balls I use seem to be called salmon rolls, which can be bought in general markets;
2. A good mutton slice will not be broken when it is cooked. The mutton slice needs to be removed first to avoid being cooked too old;
3. For the sauce, you can choose the flavor you like, I use the spicy hot pot dipping sauce I bought
