Special Roasted Cabbage Buns

Cut off the roots of cabbage, add water to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and vinegar, add cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes;

Remove cold water;

Add salt and oil to the minced meat and mix well;

Tomatoes are shaved into puree;

Carrots are peeled and chopped; onions are chopped; parsley is chopped;

Heat oil in a wok, add onions and carrots to fry;

Add rice and stir well;

Add tomato puree and 2 spoons of tomato paste and stir well;

Set the fried rice on one side, add a small amount of oil to the other side, stir-fry the minced meat and stir-fry with the rice;

Add sweet paprika, pepper, savory spice, salt, coriander, and stir-fry them all;

Peel off the cabbage leaves, add the fried stuffing in the middle, roll it up, and fold back both sides to form a cabbage bag;

Brush the baking tray with a layer of oil, arrange all the wrapped cabbage wraps, add half a cup of water (about half the size of the first layer of cabbage wraps), and add appropriate amount of sesame oil;

The remaining 2 spoons of tomato sauce, add a small amount of pepper and spices, mix well, and add to the cabbage bag;

Cover the remaining cabbage leaves with a layer;
