This is a Bulgarian homemade delicacy. It is delicious and suits my taste, so I like it very much. I don’t need to add rice every time. I love soup, and of course it also goes with soup. It is a very good lunch or dinner~~~~"

Ingredients

Special Roasted Cabbage Buns

1. Cut off the roots of cabbage, add water to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and vinegar, add cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes;

2. Remove cold water;

3. Add salt and oil to the minced meat and mix well;

4. Tomatoes are shaved into puree;

5. Carrots are peeled and chopped; onions are chopped; parsley is chopped;

6. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and carrots to fry;

7. Add rice and stir well;

8. Add tomato puree and 2 spoons of tomato paste and stir well;

9. Set the fried rice on one side, add a small amount of oil to the other side, stir-fry the minced meat and stir-fry with the rice;

10. Add sweet paprika, pepper, savory spice, salt, coriander, and stir-fry them all;

11. Peel off the cabbage leaves, add the fried stuffing in the middle, roll it up, and fold back both sides to form a cabbage bag;

12. Brush the baking tray with a layer of oil, arrange all the wrapped cabbage wraps, add half a cup of water (about half the size of the first layer of cabbage wraps), and add appropriate amount of sesame oil;

13. The remaining 2 spoons of tomato sauce, add a small amount of pepper and spices, mix well, and add to the cabbage bag;

14. Cover the remaining cabbage leaves with a layer;
