Special Sesame Leaf Stuffed Rice

Rinse the sesame leaves with running water and dry the water.

Cut the dried tofu skin, carrots, and onions into thin strips, and cut the ham sausage into small pieces.

Let the cooked rice cool.

Boil the dried tofu shreds in a pot.

Pour the eggs into the pan and use chopsticks to scatter them and fry them until they are cooked, then add the carrots to the pan and stir fry them out (the photo of this step is blurred and omitted).

Mix the garlic chili sauce, oyster sauce, some dried tofu shreds and other ingredients with rice.

Put the mixed rice on two stacked sesame leaves, fold the bottom of the sesame leaves, and roll the left and right sides of the sesame leaves together.

Use blanched dried tofu shreds to lightly wrap the rice with sesame leaves and tie a knot on the back.

The ingredients for the mixed rice can be adjusted according to your own taste, but you must be careful not to grab the taste of the sesame leaves.
