Some rice dumplings are frozen in the refrigerator. After a little defrosting, cut them into pieces and stir-fry them with your favorite ingredients. It's great!

Fried Zongzi

1. Prepare ingredients: cut zongzi into hob pieces, chicken thigh meat is cooked and cut into pieces

2. Put the washed sesame leaves on the plate

4. Add the diced carrots and stir fry a few times

Tips:

It’s easier to cut the rice dumplings into small pieces after a little bit of freezing, and the sesame leaves will relieve greasiness.
