Spiced Beef Jerky

1. Prepare dried tofu, beef, green garlic, shredded dried tofu, wash the garlic and cut into sections.

2. Slice the spiced beef into thin slices. The oil is hot in the pan

3. Heat oil in a pot and pour dried tofu.

4. Fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

5. Add the remaining oil in the pot and sauté the garlic.

6. Pour in beef slices and stir-fry well.

7. Pour in dried tofu and stir-fry well.

8. Add salt and stir well.

9. Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.

10. Add in Hunan chili sauce and stir-fry well.

11. Stir-fried beef and dried bean curd can be eaten on the plate.

Tips:

1. Fry the dried bean curd and stir-fry it, crispy and delicious.
2. There is no beef, and it is delicious when fried with shredded meat.
