Spiced beef jerky, added with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds. I thought it was very delicious. I couldn’t wait to try it again. It was really delicious. I made it again immediately after eating. If you are interested, you might as well try it. You regret it. The ingredients can be slightly adjusted according to your own taste. Our family doesn't like pepper, I didn't put it, and I didn't put cloves.

Spiced Beef Jerky

1. Cut the beef tenderloin into strips and soak in clean water for about an hour to remove the blood

2. Take out the dry water, put the cold water into the pot, and blanch the blood

3. After blanching, rinse out the froth with cold water, put it in the pot again, add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices and green onions, and bring to a boil

4. Change to low heat and simmer slowly for an hour and a half. When the simmer is eighth mature, add a little salt and simmer for a while

5. For beef stew, prepare all the ingredients and put them into a food processor to make a powder. It doesn’t need to be too fine. A little bit of small particles is good.
