Spiced Beef Jerky

Cut the beef tenderloin into strips and soak in clean water for about an hour to remove the blood

Take out the dry water, put the cold water into the pot, and blanch the blood

After blanching, rinse out the froth with cold water, put it in the pot again, add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices and green onions, and bring to a boil

Change to low heat and simmer slowly for an hour and a half. When the simmer is eighth mature, add a little salt and simmer for a while

For beef stew, prepare all the ingredients and put them into a food processor to make a powder. It doesn’t need to be too fine. A little bit of small particles is good.

The stewed beef is taken out of the soup to control the water

Put a little oil in the pan, add the beef strips, stir-fry continuously on low heat, and fry until the beef jerky is a little bit brown. It takes about 10-12 minutes.

Re-start the pan, add a little oil to heat, add rock sugar to low heat and fry the sugar color, add the fried beef and stir fry

Add the crushed ingredients and stir well

Add oyster sauce and continue to stir fry

Put the cooked sesame seeds in the pan and stir-fry evenly.
