Spiced Braised Chicken Gizzards

Prepare the ingredients you need. The chicken gizzards you bought are not very clean. First remove the yellow residue inside the chicken gizzards, clean the sand and gravel thoroughly, soak in clean water for 3 hours, remember to change the water in between.

The taste of the chicken gizzards at this time is just right, not soft or hard. If you like a softer taste, or for children, you need to cook for a few more minutes to make the taste of the chicken gizzards softer and tenderer. Or use a wall-breaking machine or a food processor to make a puree before eating.

After cooking, add the right amount of salt according to your own taste. You don't need to fish it out. You can pick it up as you eat it. Soaking in the original soup makes it easier to taste. If it’s summer, you can put the pot together and put it in the refrigerator. The iced chicken gizzards will taste and taste better.
