Spiced Edamame Peanut

Prepare materials.

Soak the fresh peanuts and edamame for 10 minutes.

Clean the mud and sand on it, and squeeze the peanuts into a gap with your hands. (Convenient to taste)

Clean the edamame and cut the top of the edamame with scissors. (Convenient to taste)

Put water in the pot and add salt, pepper, star anise, dried red pepper and bay leaves and cook for 5 minutes.

Add peanuts and cook for 10 minutes.

Add edamame and cook for another 10 minutes. Soak the lid for 4 hours.
Tips:
1. Edamame peanuts should be soaked in advance to clean the mud and sand.
2. Cut the edamame a little bit for better taste, and the peanuts are the same.
3. Don't take it out immediately after cooking, soak it in five perfumes for better taste.
