It’s the May Day holiday, and gather with friends to have a large platter of peanuts and edamame with a sheaf of beer. How can it be a cool word!

Ingredients

Spiced Peanut Edamame

1. Cut off the tail of edamame and pinch the peanuts

2. Clean up

3. Put it in the pot, add dried chili, cinnamon and bay leaves

4. Star anise, pepper
