Spiced Salt Baked Shrimp

The main materials are ready;

To remove the legs of black tiger prawns, pick out the prawn thread and wash and drain;

Place the drained black tiger prawns on kitchen paper to absorb the remaining water;

Prepare two pieces of tin foil, spread coarse salt on one of them, and evenly sprinkle with peppercorns and broken star anise;

Tips:
1. The prawns should drain the excess water as much as possible. Too much water will stick to the salt and the salty taste will be heavier;
2. Choose the simmering time according to the size of the shrimp, because the shrimp is easy to cook and should not be too long.
