Spicy Baby Potatoes

Prepare small potatoes and chopped green onions

Soak the small potatoes in water for 10 minutes, and use a brush to remove the mud and sand on the potatoes

Put it in a rice cooker and steam it

Use a toothpick to easily penetrate the small potatoes and they will be fully cooked. If you don't like to eat small potatoes with skins, you can peel them after steaming them.

Peel the garlic and cut into small particles. Wash the chives and cut out the white and chopped green onions. Cut the dried chilies into small pieces. The chili peppers can be replaced with fresh ones.

Heat on low heat, put 10 grams of cooking oil, add small potatoes and fry for a while

While frying, press flat, flatten small potatoes, don’t press too hard, they will break easily.

Fry the small potatoes until golden on both sides, turn off the heat and set aside.

While the pot is still hot, add 5 grams of edible oil, add garlic, white onion, chili and a small amount of chopped green onion, and heat it over low heat to create a fragrance.

Add in the fried small potatoes and stir-fry evenly

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds

Add some salt and cumin powder to taste
Tips:
If you don’t have small potatoes, you can use big potatoes cut into pieces and steam them.
