Spicy Beef Cube

770g beef upper brain meat is cut into pieces, soaked in cold water to remove the blood, change the water halfway, soak for about half an hour.

In a pot of cold water, heat it on a low fire, add 3 slices of ginger and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine in the water, cook until the noodles appear frothy, remove the beef and rinse with hot water to control the moisture. Put a 24 stew pot on the other stove and boil half a pot of water for use.

Then add the right amount of salt. I put more bean paste on it. No need to add too much salt. Reserve more soup, you can eat spicy beef noodles.
