Spicy Boiled Fish

Clean the grass carp and cut into large pieces

Add salt, ginger, green onion, light soy sauce, cooking wine and marinate for 1-2 hours

Spices of various flavors

Heat oil in a wok, add spices to saute, then add light soy sauce and white wine

Bring to a boil with water, chicken essence and sugar
6.
Add the fish cubes, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
7.
Add perilla and cook for a few minutes, turn off the heat and pour in a little sesame oil.
