Spicy Boiled Fish

Wash the mullet fillets

Fry the removed fish bones and heads and tails, pour in boiling water and boil it into fish soup

Pick up the sliced fish fillets with cooking wine, pepper, salt, chicken essence, egg white, ginger slices, and salad oil.

Wash the bean sprouts, remove the roots, wash and slice the lettuce

Blanch the bean sprouts and lettuce slices and place them on the bottom of the container that will hold the fish later

In another pot, put a little more oil, put the spices and dried red peppers into the pot, and boil the spice oil on a low heat
