Spicy Boiled Fish
1.
A fish, my fish is three catties, I used half ~ the fish is processed and washed.
2.
Cut the fish into pieces and decide the size by yourself.
3.
Add the cooking wine, pepper, pepper powder, salt, drop the powder, and evenly marinate for more than 20 minutes to taste. When marinating, you can prepare the ingredients: onion, garlic sprouts cut into sections ~ tofu cut into pieces, peppers cut into diamond-shaped slices ~ ginger slices, garlic cloves cut into thick slices, or divided into two.
4.
Add water to the flour or make a paste, add an egg white, as long as the egg white ~ the batter is slightly thicker! The wrapped fish is more delicious.
5.
Put the five marinated pieces in the batter and coat the batter evenly.
6.
Heat oil and fry the fish until golden. Don't heat it too much! Take out the fried yellow and set aside, otherwise the fish will be too old and affect the taste.
7.
Remove the fish pieces to control oil for later use.
8.
Heat oil, add Pixian bean paste, fry out the butter, add rock sugar, green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, red pepper~ Stir fry, then pour in boiling water, which is about the amount that can be sprinkled over the fish cubes~
9.
After adding water to the boil again, pour in the fried fish pieces and put them in the material bag. My material bag is a finished product bought in the supermarket ~ very convenient.
10.
Cover the pot and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, add the tofu cubes, cook for 5 minutes on high heat, add the cut green and red peppers and garlic leaves, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes, collect the juice, and you're done! When putting the tofu, try to be careful not to stir the pot. The fish is very tender and easy to smash, so be careful. Use the method of shaking the pot to make the tofu fully touch the soup and taste it~
11.
It’s really delicious. You can also replace tofu with bean sprouts, etc., or replace it with vegetables~
