Spicy Boiled Fish

In order to avoid rushing during the production, prepare all the ingredients in advance. The black fish can directly ask the market fish stall to cut up, go home and put the fish bones and fish slices into the bowl separately, while the other materials are cleaned and cut for use;

Rinse the fish fillets with clean water first, then drain the water and put it in a basin, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of white pepper, starch, and a little salt; grab well and set aside for marinating preparation;

Continue to pour the fish fillets and the soup into the fish bone bowl, then evenly sprinkle the remaining chopped green onion, chopped chili, and minced garlic, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper;
