The flesh of a fish was chopped into fish paste, and the rest was made into a heavy-tasting delicacy. I accompany the baby to eat a light diet every day. My identity as a hot girl is not worthy of the name. This spicy boiled fish head and fish bones are super simple. The fish does not need to be marinated. It is boiled directly in the spicy soup without any fishy smell. The spicy and refreshing taste of the rice suffers.

Spicy Boiled Fish Head and Fish Bone

1. Prepare the raw materials

2. Cut ginger and garlic cloves into slices

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add dried chili, dried Chinese pepper, ginger, garlic cloves, and saute

4. Add appropriate amount of homemade spicy bean paste, light soy sauce, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

5. Add appropriate amount of water to boil

6. Add fish head and fish bones, boil again on high heat and cook for 5 minutes on high heat

7. Cook on medium heat until the moisture is reduced, about ten minutes

8. Out of the pot

Tips:

1. Because the soup is full of flavor, the fish head and bones do not need to be marinated, and there is no fishy smell;
2. If there is no spicy bean paste, you can use bean paste instead;
3. A little more water to fully boil the flavor.
