Spicy Braised Mackerel Mackerel

Main and auxiliary ingredients: mackerel, scallion, ginger and garlic, chili sauce.

Clean up the mackerel, use an oblique knife on its back, and chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.
