Spicy Breaded Crab

Breaded crab, disassembled, broken with big claws.

Tips:
I didn't pay attention when I bought crabs. It turns out that the crabs are cooked. The cooked crabs have less water, and the raw crabs have more water. Because it is cooked crabs, a little bean paste is specially added for flavoring. The crabs are originally for umami, so don't add too much bean paste.
