Scallion Garlic Breaded Crab

Prepare the breaded crab. Note that the cooked and frozen crab meat does not need to be salted. Place it in room temperature water 2 hours in advance to seal and thaw, pull out the belly button, press the back of the crab with your thumb, separate the crab shell, remove the gills, and cut into pieces.

Prepare chives, ginger, chopped green onion, sliced garlic, celery stalks, and red pepper according to personal taste.
