Spicy Breaded Crab

Wash the frozen crabs and steam them in a steamer for 5 minutes

Cut the steamed breaded crab into pieces. Break off the crab legs first, and crack each crab leg shell with a knife back to make it delicious. Open the crab tail again and don't break it off. The upper cover is opened, and the crab roe in the upper cover is scooped out with a spoon. The crab body is cut into cubes with a knife.

Cut the shallots into sections, cut the ginger into long strips, and mince the garlic. Add edible oil to the pot and heat it over high heat. Add the green onion, ginger, garlic, tempeh, and Pixian bean paste, and stir-fry for the aroma and red oil.
