Spicy Cabbage

Soak the cabbage in clean water for a while, tear it into pieces, wash and set aside; for a medium-sized cabbage, tear one leaf into 3 to 4 portions.

Prepare shredded ginger, green onion, garlic (whole), dried red pepper, pepper

Pour clear water into the pot and boil, put the cabbage in the pot, blanch, remove, rinse, and drain; the whole process should be very rapid. The cabbage is blanched and will not change color easily when it is fried. Too much blanching time will lose nutrients and the color will not look good. Take a shower quickly to prevent the cabbage from discoloring.

Pour a proper amount of oil into the hot pot, add the peppercorns, fry them on low heat, discard the peppercorns

Add shredded ginger, green onion, garlic (whole), dried red pepper, and sauté until fragrant

Add the cabbage and stir fry quickly over high heat

Add the homemade garlic tempeh hot sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add sugar, salt, and chicken essence, stir fry evenly, and get out of the pot
Tips:
