Spicy Celery Tofu

Prepare raw materials, choose soft tofu.

Cut celery into sections, about three centimeters long.

Cut green onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, bean paste and peppercorns and stir fry.

Pour in celery and stir fry quickly, add light soy sauce and sugar. Because the bean paste itself is salty, you don't need to add salt. If it tastes heavy, you can put it slightly.

Put the tofu in, cover the pot and cook on high heat for 15 minutes.
