Spicy Chicken

1. Add a little salt, two teaspoons of cooking wine, minced ginger, pepper, and a little cornstarch to the chicken legs, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

2. Prepare peanuts, chili, minced ginger and garlic, and chopped green onion.
