Spicy Chicken Feet (zero Cooking)

Chicken feet and lotus root slices are cooked ahead of time and celery is scrambled with salt and fry until tender.

Prepare the seasoning.

There is no need to put oil in the pot, just pour in the right amount of seasoning, and the oil in the seasoning bag is enough.

Fry the chicken feet and lotus root slices in a pan, add some sugar and some water to simmer.

Then put the celery and stir-fry, and then add some balsamic vinegar before it is out of the pan.
Tips:
Celery can be added or not, and you can stir-fry your favorite vegetables. I usually like to add some fungus, but I didn't have time to soak this time.
