Spicy Chicken Spit

Wash the chicken fork, remove the fat, cut a knife from the middle, then add cooking wine, salt, five spice powder, carrot, purple onion, celery, and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Pick out the carrots, purple onions and celery, add cumin powder and chili powder starch and mix well

Set aside

Sprinkle some starch and mix well

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up and deep-fry the chicken spit until golden brown. It can be pierced thoroughly with chopsticks and it will be cooked
