Spicy Clam Pot

Wash the clams.

Prepare the vegetables.

Process vegetables.

Blanch the lotus root, broccoli, soybean sprouts, and cauliflower. Take out and drain the water for later use.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, add the spicy fragrant bottom of the pot and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry chives, ginger and garlic.

Add clams and stir fry.

Add mushrooms and pumpkin slices and continue to fry.

The clams are open and the vegetables are fried.

Add the cooked vegetables and cucumber slices and continue to stir fry.

Put some soft-boiled fans, if you don't like it, continue to stir fry.

Tips:
Choose root vegetables and cook the ones that are not easy to cook first.
