The whole family is very intolerant to spicy, but this delicious spicy clam makes the family like it very much. The perfect combination of fragrant and spicy, so spicy intolerant diners can't stop

Spicy Clams

1. After washing the clams, keep them in cold water for several hours and let them spit sand. Change the water in due course

2. Wash the green peppers

3. Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil, and blanch the clams in the pot. Take it out immediately after opening and place it in clean water to clean it again

4. From the frying pan, add the minced ginger garlic and red pepper to the pan and fry them until fragrant.

5. Stir-fry with bean paste

6. Stir-fry the red oil, and fry the clams in the pan

7. Fortified wine

8. Add a pinch of salt

9. Pour in ginger garlic and red pepper

10. Pour water starch

11. Stir-fry green peppers. Turn off the heat, stir-fry evenly and enjoy

Tips:

The clam tastes very fresh, it is not advisable to add a variety of seasonings and salt should be added less
