Spicy Cold Edamame

Fresh edamame, cut off the head and tail with scissors, wash and set aside.

Various ingredients are prepared.

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil after the water is boiled.

Under the edamame. Turn to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

When cooking edamame, handle the ingredients. Mince ginger, garlic, wash and mince chives.

Remove the cooked edamame and place immediately in cold water.

Tips:
1: When cooking edamame, add salt and oil to the water to keep the green color and not change color.
2: Remember, edamame must be cooked thoroughly before it can be eaten with confidence.
