The first time I saw this stuff, I didn’t know how to eat it. I had only seen big cuttlefish before, and this was the first time I saw this kind of small cuttlefish, let alone eat it. Okay, try to make it yourself. The biggest feature of seafood is its fishy, and I think the best way to suppress fishy is to cover it up with peppers.

Ingredients

Spicy Cuttlefish

1. Remove the viscera of the baby cuttlefish and wash for later use

2. Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in hot oil

3. Add a little pepper and fry it until fragrant

4. Bottom cuttlefish

5. Add cooking wine and dried chili segments
