Spicy Duck Neck

Duck necks are soaked in clean water.

Prepare dried sea pepper, Chinese pepper, garlic, ginger, rock sugar, brown sugar, spices.

Duck neck cold water pot with cooking wine;

Bring to a boil on high heat and cook for about two or three minutes;

Wash in cold water and tear off the film.

Add enough water to boil, cook on medium heat for about five minutes;
