Spicy Duck Neck

Ingredients: duck neck, dried chili, pepper, seasoning: 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of salt, rock sugar, ginger, green onions, cooking wine, old brine bag: licorice, nutmeg, tangerine peel, bay leaves, star anise, Cinnamon

Wash the duck neck and cut into sections.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add green onion and ginger to a boil, pour into the chicken neck to remove blood and other impurities, remove it and rinse in warm water.
