This is the first time I have made fried snails when I have grown up, and it is the second time I have eaten it. The first time I ate it in the fly restaurant, it tastes good, but one thing is that it’s not hygienic at all, and it’s super expensive!
So this time I bought a catty of snails, which cost five yuan a catty, and then bought some seasonings. I thought it was difficult to make, but it was actually very simple. As long as you master the essence of stir-frying, you will do it well!

Spicy Escargot

1. Take the snails and put them in clean water, add four spoons of salt, and let them spit out the sand for four to five hours. (So you can buy escargot one day in advance)

2. Cut all the peppers into circles⭕, mince the ginger and garlic

3. Cut the celery into small sections, not too big.

4. After the snails are cleaned, boil the water to make the snails cleaner.

5. Put a proper amount of sesame oil in the pot, put all the ingredients down and stir fry after the oil is boiled, add a spoonful of bean paste, and stir fry a few

6. After the ingredients are fried, put in the snails. At this time, pour a little cooking wine and light soy sauce, not too much.

7. After stirring evenly. Add a bowl and a half of water to make the escarole more delicious. When the juice is formed in the pan, stir it continuously, and then add the celery and stir-fry a few times.

8. Put the chives after the pan.

Tips:

The most important thing to make this dish is to wash the escargots. You must soak them in salt for a few hours to let the snails spit out the sand.
The condiments are also very important. You don't need too much quantity, but one cannot be less.
