Spicy Fish Noodles

Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, mince the ginger and garlic, and chop the chives into chopped green onions for later use.

The fish fillets are ready (I bought them at the supermarket).

Take a large bowl and add minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, chili oil, a little vinegar and light soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper powder (a little more pepper powder).

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the noodles and greens to a boil.
6.
While cooking the noodles, take another pot, add water to a boil, add the fish fillets and cook.
7.
Spread the cooked noodles and greens into a large bowl.
8.
Add the fish fillets.
9.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
