Pour the washed sixties into boiling water until the sixties are fully open.

Pour out the sixties and drain them for later use.

Cut the dried chili into small sections, add dried Chinese pepper and stir fry in the pan until fragrant, then add in the oil and heat to 80%, add the Pixian Douban and stir fragrant.

Then add shredded ginger, chopped green onion, and minced garlic.

Pour in the sixties and stir fry with cooking wine and oyster sauce.

Stir-fry the sixties until they are evenly coated with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and then serve.
