Spicy Fried Bullfrog

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed).

Korean chili sauce, pepper, green onion.

Ginger slices.
4.
Garlic cloves.

Dried peppers that have been cut.

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the pepper, ginger slices and dried chili to the pot.

Then, combine the chopped bullfrogs, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, mix in Korean chili paste and add a little water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Finally, add some salt, sugar, and chicken essence to taste and stir-fry well. After the pan is out, add the green onions.
