Spicy Fried Clams
1.
Put the bought clams in salt water and spit the mud for at least two hours. The time is too short and the spit is not clean.
2.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil
3.
After spitting the muddy clams, wash them several times with clean water. After the water is boiled, pour them into the pot and cook until all the shells are opened. Take them out for later use. It is easy to soak in the flavor when frying, but the nutrients will be lost.
4.
Cut the chili into small sections, cut the green onion into sections, and slap the garlic flat.
5.
Pour edible oil into the pot, add the onion, garlic and chili, and fry until fragrant
6.
Add the chili segments on low heat and stir fry
7.
Pour in the washed clams, stir fry quickly on high heat
8.
Add oyster sauce to taste
9.
The fire is about five minutes away
Tips:
Before frying the clams, boil the shells with hot water. It is easier to fry, and the clams are very tender.
