My family lives in a coastal city and cannot do without seafood all year round. Sea prawns, shellfish, sea fish... Not a few days ago, I saw clam clam sellers in the market, and I was drooling when I looked at the plump meat! I think that every time I order spicy fried clams in a restaurant, it looks like a large plate full of clams, but in fact, all the clams at the bottom of the plate are shells, with only a little clam meat on the top, which is really not addictive. Quickly weighed two catties of clams, served with green and red peppers, went home and closed the door to make delicious food!

Ingredients

Spicy Fried Clams

1. After washing the clams, soak them in clean water for 30 minutes (you can soak for a while if you have enough time, change the water in the middle), drain and set aside

2. Wash the green and red peppers and cut into pieces for later use. Cut ginger into ginger, garlic, and green onions.

3. Add vegetable oil to 50% heat from the pot, add ginger, chopped green onion, and garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant, then pour in garlic chili sauce and fry until fragrant

4. Pour in the clams and stir-fry evenly. After the clams are separated, collect the soup on high heat. When it is almost thick, add the green and red pepper cubes and a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
