Spicy Fried Clams

After washing the clams, soak them in clean water for 30 minutes (you can soak for a while if you have enough time, change the water in the middle), drain and set aside

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into pieces for later use. Cut ginger into ginger, garlic, and green onions.

Add vegetable oil to 50% heat from the pot, add ginger, chopped green onion, and garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant, then pour in garlic chili sauce and fry until fragrant
