Every Friday night for 4 consecutive summers is the happiest and happiest day at home. It is also the day I look forward to most every year.
Because of the excuse of "The Voice of China", someone who can't be beaten will buy a variety of spicy seafood, various fruits, and snacks, and make comments while eating! This has become the greatest joy and most important thing in everyone's life in the family.

Spicy Fried Clams

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Soak the clams in light salt water for 2 hours to spit sand

3. Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic

4. Start the pot and pour the oil

5. Add pepper powder after the oil is hot

6. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

7. Put in Pixian bean paste

8. Stir fry evenly

9. Put in clams

10. Stir fry until opening

11. Add some sugar to taste

12. It's ready after stir-frying evenly

Tips:

During the stir-frying process, if the clams have no openings, they can be simmered for a while with the lid on the pot, and the clams can be opened in about 20 seconds.

This practice also applies to all kinds of shellfish and snails. If it is snails, you can add water to submerge the snails. After boiling, collect the juice on high heat to avoid unripe.
