I remember that when I first came to Guangzhou, I met a few close friends and fellow villagers in the factory. We often went out for supper and loved to eat some fried snails. The male colleagues used them for drinks and the female colleagues used them for drinks. They were delicious. can not stop. Nowadays, I rarely go out to eat. I saw that the snails are very fresh today. I bought some and made them by myself. They still have the familiar taste, which is especially popular with children.

Spicy Fried Escargot

1. Get ready to wash the escargot.

2. Add water to the pot.

3. Add the escargot, blanch in water and cook for two minutes.

4. Remove the water control.

5. Prepare some chili, pepper, ginger and garlic.

6. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the seasoning until fragrant.

7. Add escargot.

8. Add some salt and stir fry.

9. Add some cooking wine.

10. Add half a bowl of water and simmer.

16. Add some chives at the end.

17. Stir fry evenly.

18. Out of the pot.

Tips:

1. Put some sesame oil on the snails and let them spit out the sand.
2. Blanch the snails before frying, and eat more at ease.
3. Stir fragrant and spicy, and the snails are more fresh and fragrant.
