Spicy Fried Gourd

The ingredients are shown in the picture.

Sliced ginger.

Slice garlic.

Cut the green onions diagonally.

Remove the stem and cut the red pepper diagonally.

Remove the stalk and cut the green pepper diagonally.

Peel the gourd, wash and slice it.

Pour in the right amount of cooking oil in a hot pot, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until the oil is cooked.

Pour the gourd slices and stir fry.

Stir fry the gourd until tender.

Add the green and red pepper and stir fry for half a minute.
